The carpet layers showed up to install right at 8am, as said. Jestin and Justin were polite, hard working, and efficient. They removed and installed a lot of carpet well in an impressive amount of time. Thank you! We are enjoying the carpet we chose!

Was given a quote 100 sq ft larger than two other estimates. When I questioned the company, they assured me I would be able to return any extra unopened flooring for a full refund. When my project was finished, I had over 100 sq ft left. When I acquired about the refund, they told me this type of flooring was not eligible for a refund. There was no mention of any flooring not being eligible for a refund. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times and received little feedback and eventually my calls were ignored. Very shady business practice that really ruined my experience. Edit: Was contacted by general manager and received refund for extra quoted flooring.

If you go here ask for Al! A lot of people I've known over the past 12 years have used him! He's very knowledgeable, quick, and always does the right thing! We've used Thornton flooring for carpet with our last two houses and have been very happy ?????

We worked with Tyler and he was very helpful. We did some wild things with tile that most would not have done, but wow did it come out great. We found the tile to be very consistent in dimensions and high quality. We went with the Acacia flooring and it is beautiful. We ordered extra because we thought there would be about 10 percent waste. We had very little waste and they were helpful with returning the extra. Because it was a stocked product there was not return charge. It was a wonderful experience. We are 400 miles from their store but we saved enough that it was well worth the trip.

We bought flooring that was a special order so it took a week to get the product. We were happy with the sales staff and pickup staff, they were helpful and friendly.

The sales people are knowledgeable, attentive and really worked to get me the look I wanted. Installation was easy to schedule and the installer showed up on time and was very careful to clean up after the job was done.

I got great sales service and advice on both carpet, pads and vinyl when installed nearly 2 years ago. The installation was perfect too all is wearing well and still looks like new. Im VERY pleased with results and service!

Awesome is the best word to describe our experiences as in multiple. We first purchased tile for our bathroom remodel. We were so pleased we came back and purchased carpeting for the house. Now we are going back for the third time to purchase tile for our kitchen remodel. Need I say more??
